I loaded Google Map on my cell phone last night. Watched the blue dot representation of myself walk across the satellite image of our parking lot this morning. Very cool.

Week 6 Wikipedia

I have been using Wikipedia for a while. Only for stuff where accuracy of information isn't that important. I searched the obvious Racine and there was an external link to our library.

Week 5 Google Documents and Calendar

No problems updating the assignment document and slideshow. Did a little review on Google Calendar.

Week 4 RSS and Newsreaders

Set up my Google Reader account. Too many subscriptions and too much junk, trimed it back to 6 for now. Racine Public Library and Journal Times are still in my subscriptions. Had to cut an paste the RJT subscription to get it to work.

Found a picture of myself on a fishing web site and made it my picture on this blog.
